1. Permanent Service
Eligible Agniveers may be selected for permanent service based on the applicable selection process.
2. CAPFs and State Police
Explore recruitment opportunities in CAPFs, state police and other uniformed services. Benefits for ex-Agniveers depend on official recruitment notifications.
3. Further Education
Continue your studies through Class 12, ITI, diploma or degree courses, depending on your qualifications and eligibility.
4. Skills and Certifications
Use your military experience and develop skills in technical work, driving, logistics, IT or other suitable fields.
5. Private Jobs or Business
Apply for suitable private-sector jobs or consider starting a small business based on your skills and available resources.
Prepare Before Your Service Ends
- 12 months before: Identify suitable jobs, courses and examinations.
- 6 months before: Prepare your CV and organise your certificates.
- Before applying: Check eligibility and apply through official channels.
- At discharge: Follow your unit's instructions for documents and Seva Nidhi formalities.
